The new Workout Trigger helps you log your workout activities by automatically recording them into the Health app—making it easier than ever to stay on top of your training.

How it works:

1️⃣ Start a workout – When Timer Starts -> enable “Begin Workout” -> Select your Activity.

Optionally you are able to also:
2️⃣ Track multiple workouts – Just Start a workout on another timer.

3️⃣ End a workout – When Timer Ends -> enable “End Workout” to end an Activity at the perfect moment.
