What’s New in Timix v26.9.1
TLDR: iPhone landscape, Timer suggestions, timer gifs and images on watch, search templates in Spotlight, run triggers button in trigger picker and a next-timer label on the countdown.
✨ New
- Timer suggestions — start typing a label and Timix offers timers you already have, so you reuse one instead of building it again. Suggestions can be disabled in Timix Settings.

- Spotlight search — find and start your timers straight from Spotlight, without opening Timix.

- Landscape on iPhone — turn the phone sideways and the template form and the countdown lay themselves out for it.

- Images in the watch timer — a GIF or image from a link now shows in Timer on Apple Watch.

- Smart Stack complications — pinned timers turn up in the Apple Watch Smart Stack.
- Run triggers from the picker — tap play in the trigger picker and hear what a trigger actually does before you keep it.

🛠️ Changed / Improved
- The next timer’s name now sits under the countdown title, so you can see what is coming.

- Trigger icons replace “Perform N Actions” in timer rows, in a consistent order, so a glance tells you what a timer does.

- Timer suggestions can be turned off in Settings.
- Timix now requires iOS 18.2.
🐛 Fixes
- A new timer on Mac no longer ends in silence — it beeps, since Mac does not run alarms.
- The Shortcuts timer picker no longer comes up empty when nothing is pinned — it offers your recent timers instead.
- Fixed stability and reported crashes.
What is your favourite thing in this one, and what did I miss?
Timix is evolving thanks to your feedback — thank you for using it! ❤️
