Timix Backup Guide
Timix Backup allows you to export and import your Timix data, making it easy to back up your information, restore it later, or transfer it to another device.
This guide can also help you move your data from the original Timix app to the new Timix app.
What is included in a Timix Backup?
Timix Backup includes most of your Timix data:
- Timers
- Templates
- Imported images
- Imported sounds
- History of launched timers
Export Timix Backup
Exporting a Timix Backup creates a backup file that you can save on your device or share with another device.
On iPhone, iPad, or Mac
- Open Timix
- Go to Timix Settings using the gear button in the top-left corner
- Scroll to the bottom to the Data section
- Tap Export Timix Backup
- Save the backup file on your device

Import Timix Backup
Importing a Timix Backup restores your saved Timix data.
On iPhone, iPad, or Mac
- Open Timix
- Go to Timix Settings
- Scroll to the bottom to the Data section
- Tap Import Timix Backup
- Select your exported Timix backup file
Timix will import your data automatically.
Once the import is complete, your timers, templates, and settings should be available in Timix.
