We operate this website (aigarden.uk) on WordPress.
2. What we collect
We collect only what helps the garden grow in a healthy, transparent way:
- Email address – if you subscribe or contact us.
- Basic site analytics – via Jetpack (by Automattic), which records things like page views, country, and referrer website. This data is aggregated and anonymized — we can’t see individual visitors.
- Cookies – small data files used for functionality and embedded content.
- Embedded content – pages with YouTube videos or Spotify playlists may load cookies from those services, even if you don’t play the media.
We don’t use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.
3. How we use your data
We use collected data to:
- Send updates you’ve asked for
- Understand which pages are most visited (to improve them)
- Keep the site running smoothly and securely
- Display embedded media such as YouTube videos or Spotify playlists
We never sell or share your data with advertisers.

6. Cookies & Consent
When you visit AI Garden, you’ll see a cookie banner.
You can accept only essential cookies, or all cookies to enjoy embedded media (YouTube, Spotify).
You can change or withdraw consent anytime via “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the page.
7. Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed:
- Subscriber emails are stored until you unsubscribe.
- Jetpack statistics are automatically anonymized and aggregated.
- Contact form messages are deleted once handled.
8. Security
Your connection to this website is protected with SSL (https).
We use WordPress’s built-in safeguards and Jetpack’s security tools to prevent unauthorized access.
9. Updates
We may occasionally update this policy as our garden evolves or regulations change.
If we do, the new version will appear here with a new date.
